On my way to Peace Camp

Not too long ago, I got invited to the annual Peace Camp in Korea. They are flying hundreds of descendants of Korean War Veterans from around the world in to Korea for the week. Easy for the organisers, South Africa (me) already lives here.

I’m writing this blog post from the bus on my way to Yonsei University in Incheon, which will be my home for the next week.

Honestly, I didn’t do much more than simply skimming through the itinerary, so I barely know what to expect – which is good because I do like surprises. If I happened to miss anything we were suppose to do – I’m sorry. 😬

But I’m genuinely looking forward to the event. Initially I didn’t really wanna go, but reflecting back to how it was in my first year – it will be so much fun – arguably one of the best weeks of my life!

I’m sure this year the organisers would once again not disappoint!

Will try update on the happenings of this trip as often as possible. Little journal.
