# I got covid

In May I got covid. 

I managed to avoid it for the greater part of the pandemic. Now I'm a statistic. 

Symptoms was pretty rough to be honest - I expected it to be borderline a cold. It was worse. I was bed bound for about 4 days without any desire to do anything. Fever from time to time, lack of energy and not much of an appetite except, except a weird craving for citrus fruit - like grapefruit. 

Still have a cough and it's been a few weeks already.
